During a professional meeting in Dublin, i’ve met Jérôme Houssin with who I really get on well. Previously cellarman, he took over the family vineyard with his sister to continue his grandparents and parents work, a lovely family story…

This vineyard of 30 hectares is always looking for new technicals for the vine and the storehouse..

 

 

My favorite: Muscadet Sèvre et Maine V.V. “Les Quatres Chanteaux” a floral,
aromatic et mineral wine.
