During a professional meeting, Christine and Bertrand definitly charmed me. A famous appellation “Champagne” but a very humble couple with a surprising open-mindedness

The wine
A good grapes production, due to their integrated farming on their 8 hectares,
located on the Vallée de la Marne. Made in true champagne tradition, the grapes picking is exclusively manual to preserve the fruits.

My favorite: “Pinot Meunier” and “Pinot Noir”, this vintage does not have any added sugar after the disgorging, which makes it absolutely fabulous!
