I’ve met Katy, a talented winegrower, during a trip in America. She is developing, with her husband David, the family vineyard in Cercié, in Beaujolais.

My favorite: “Brouilly V.V” 2011, red berries flavors, a good balance with some licorice notes, fondant tannins
